Scream in California
Date unknown
evening, getting dark
California
2 witnesses
Account
While camped near a wide river at night, the witness heard a long loud woman-like blood-curdling scream from across the river in timber. Immediately after, additional similar screams answered from farther up the canyon, sounding to the witness like distant individuals communicating rather than echoes.
Summary drafted by AI from the source report and checked by code before I publish it. The witness's own words remain with the publisher — read the original report .
