Account
While carrying mushrooms home down the driveway, the guest heard shuffling, mistook a black shape for a stump, then watched it stand and walk away. It was a tall jet-black creature with almond eyes, flat nose, ancient leathery skin and two whitish-gray stripes down its back. It glanced back two or three times over five to eight seconds, then vanished. He tried to cut it off but heard loud huffing and stopped from fear.
