In a northeast Mississippi hunting preserve, the witness approached within about thirty feet of a large baboon-like animal with white and black coloring. After showing nervous lip-rolling, it tolerated observation for about fifteen minutes under flashlight. A game warden later confirmed tracks of the animal in the area.
