Date unknown Massachusetts 2 witnesses

Account

On a later return hike to the Quabbin, the couple heard a single extremely loud whistle from brush to their right. Nothing was visible, and a flock of turkeys ran across the road. The guest said it was louder than any whistle he had ever heard.
