Property disturbance in Massachusetts
Account
One morning the witness found plum and peach trees stripped of all ripe fruit up to twelve feet high, with even fallen rotten fruit gone and no broken branches or claw marks. A small wedge of peaches remained where he regularly picked fruit for chickens. He found the selective unstripped wedge striking.
