The witness woke at night in a tent at a logging camp and saw a hairy figure on the porch in cooler light holding meat. After the witness screamed, the figure left with the meat while other occupants came onto the porch and watched it recede with flashlights. Large footprints were later noted and the cooler contents appeared searched but orderly.
