Two brothers spent the night in a camp trailer near their parents' house. Over several hours the narrator heard persistent heavy bipedal footsteps circling the trailer, brushing and clawing sounds on the door, sides and ceiling vent, and later pounding on the trailer. He briefly saw a long shaggy finger-like shape poke through the ceiling vent, and the sounds retreated when a car approached, continued at a distance, then returned up close before stopping by morning.
