Man sees Bigfoot splashing in lake through rifle scope

The witness, working for the fish and wildlife service, hiked up a steep trail above a lake to check on a fisherman. From about 200 yards away he saw through a rifle scope a fisherman and, about 75 feet from the fisherman, a black Bigfoot-like creature splashing or fishing in the lake. After the witness moved a bush, the creature stared at him and then moved away. The witness considered shooting but decided against it because the creature had a face.
