Approaching the dumpster, the witness noticed a muscular upright canine-like form about twenty yards away walking downhill and photographed its back as it turned its head over its shoulder with a growling look. He describes short hair, thin waist, huge shoulders, tail, ears and snout. Another photo of the same form showed a white object on its head with blue and red lights and an upside-down rainbow above.
