The guest found a large greasy handprint with visible ridges on the sliding door, about twice her husband's hand size. While photographing it from the deck she says the reflection revealed a shadowy face with lips, heavy brow and smashed nose standing in the treeline behind her. That night she says it mind-spoke its name as Halam, spelled H A L A M, saying it was Hebrew and it was there to protect her.
