In spring 2024 the guest drove slowly over the bridge with older and young passengers and saw a tall black figure digging into a hillside with its arm about seventy yards away. When it heard the car it stood, revealing great height and a lean muscular build, then walked south. The next day he found a dug hole, sixteen-inch prints, and a twisted tree break near the creek.
