Tracks in Idaho
Account
While driving for bear bait in spring, the witness saw large tracks crossing a road and followed them down a slope through grass to a creek. The trackway showed a straight line with about seventy-two inches between steps, and the maker appeared to step on willows and jump the creek, moving a rock. He cast one track the next day measuring about eighteen and a half inches long.
