Late on a cold fall night, the witness walked out of a separate laundry building at a rural apartment complex and saw a human-like creature about 20 feet away searching through a dumpster under bright lot lights. The two looked at each other briefly, then the witness ran toward the apartment, fell on a gravel road, and looked back to see the creature running away about 200 feet distant.
