Daytime sighting by motorists along Hwy 6 near Glenwood
Account
The witness and their spouse were driving west on Highway 6 toward the coast at mid-day when a figure crossed the road ahead of them. They first noticed it from several hundred yards away, but it had disappeared by the time they reached the crossing point, where the roadside vegetation appeared dense and pathless. The witness described a tall, heavy-framed, dark brown, stooped figure with no distinguishable clothing moving purposefully, and felt it was not a hiker or hunter.
