Rock throwing in Georgia
Account
A visitor arrived a day early and camped with the guides when a softball-sized quartz rock flew into camp. After moving his small tent closer, he was woken around 2:30 a.m. by something moving under the cook tent, rubbing a hand across his tent and pushing down on top. He lit the area, saw it run away on two feet, then finished the night in his truck.
