Partial sighting in Florida (2018)
Account
A woman alone on her rural porch before dawn heard splashing steps in floodwater and saw her horses and goats frozen and staring toward the sound. She shone a flashlight and watched a tall figure walk through the flooded paddock, step directly over a fence line, and continue toward a neighbor's land without reacting to her shouts. Her husband later found unfamiliar shaggy hair where the figure crossed.
