Account
The witness says a being with long red hair came up to her in her front yard and put his hand on her elbow, causing a trance state where her mind stayed active but her body did not respond. She says she felt his hair across her wrist and that he had asked her to do things.
Summary drafted by AI from the source report and checked by code before I publish it. The witness's own words remain with the publisher — read the original report .
