While walking dogs, the guest's dogs alerted and refused to pass a curve. He found a large indistinct print in gravel showing something had run across, with a stick break and turned leaves down the slope. After returning by truck he photographed it beside his foot and found a small 7-8 inch print with toes nearby, then felt a loud hard thump through the ground that frightened the dogs.
