The witness was driving a patrol car to work in daylight when a large hair-covered biped came out of brush near a store and crossed the road about 75 yards ahead. It moved smoothly without head-bob and disappeared into brush near a hatchery area. Shaken, the witness continued to work, told a deputy, and later wrote a memo and computer entry.
