Sighting of a large, reddish-brown creature in Gifford Pinchot
Account
While driving and overlooking an old logging road, the witness saw a large brownish-red hairy biped walking up a steep hill and turning to look at the observers. A skunk-like odor was noted as the creature moved into the treeline, and large footprints were later found. A hair sample collected at a gate crossing was reportedly sent out for identification.
