The witness went for a solo walk along a road while a companion stayed behind fishing. The witness noticed a sweet musky odor that seemed to follow, then heard a large branch break and continued twig-breaking sounds. The witness walked quickly back to the companion, with the odor persisting until close to the companion, and later told no one else.
