Sasquatch sighting near Chaplain, Connecticut (2021)
Account
The witness was preparing to fish at a small suburban pond with two other men when a kayaker retrieving a balloon made noise in reeds. A huge reddish-brown ape-like animal crashed out of dense shoreline brush, struck a birch hard enough to sway it and drop leaves, then raced uphill on all fours. The other angler left immediately while the witness stayed briefly but could not fish for long.
