Silhouette in California
Date unknown

Account
While commuting at night in the Tahoe area, the witness saw a human-looking figure standing against a road sign atop a twenty-foot cliff where there was no parking or reason to stop. The silhouette held a hand on the sign in an isolated mountain spot. He noted it could have been an ordinary person.
