The witness was driving at dusk toward a relative's house when a large hairy figure was seen standing beside a tree and appearing to feed on leaves. As the witness approached the turnoff, the figure ran on two legs into denser trees. The witness continued to the house but delayed exiting the vehicle from fear the figure had followed.
