The guest had set up a local reporting page and received multiple reports from one trail area. While hiking there with a companion for a third day, the pair smelled a strong odor, heard a mimicked growl and a whistle, and saw a small head peering through trees about two hundred feet away. They later found two sizes of footprints where it stood and obtained a blurry photo that later appeared to show a second face.
