The witness, a long-haul driver on a first solo delivery run, parked overnight at a brake-check pull-off. After stepping out to urinate and returning to the cab, a large tawny creature rose from behind a dumpster and stared from a few feet away, making aggressive faces and growling sounds. A second female-looking creature carrying small animals then emerged without acknowledging the witness, after which both left quickly and the witness drove away.
