The witness was bow hunting from a tree stand in the evening as light faded. He heard crashing in the brush and then watched a large bipedal figure moving along a ridge about 60 yards away. After he climbed down and made noise on dry leaves, the figure ran, crouched by a tree, then moved toward him into a draw where he lost sight of it. He backed toward the trail and hurried to his truck and left.
