Unidentified sound in Alaska (2000)
Account
A group of friends camped in a cove to fish and heard loud cracking of large branches on the steep mountainside at night. They gathered by the fire and heard nothing more, and half the party left the next day. When the remaining members returned from fishing they found all four large tents crushed by 300 to 400 pound boulders the witness believed were thrown from a cliff above for concussive fishing.
