Sasquatch sighting in Alaska (1983)
Account
Later that fall the guest was with family using a large fishing boat as a moose-hunting base camp. The boat stuck on a gravel bar near the tidal zone and the children were sent out in a skiff to fish. A hairy creature on a bluff about seventy yards away screamed and threw rocks, one breaking through a tarp and knocking down hanging meat, while adults fired and hid the children below.
